We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation without refund.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
No-shows or late cancellations may be charged the full amount.
Memberships or prepaid plans are non-refundable but can be rescheduled within their validity period.

4. Health & Safety

Clients are requested to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before starting any treatment.
Zen Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or anyone behaving inappropriately.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Taxes may be applicable as per local government rules.
Payments can be made via cash, card, UPI, or other accepted digital methods.

6. Gift Cards & Memberships

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the registered user.

All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, images, and design is the property of Zen Spa and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
