Refund and Cancellation Policy At Zen Spa,
1. Appointment Cancellation PolicyCancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a 50% cancellation fee or loss of session value for prepaid bookings.No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
2. Refund PolicyPayments for completed services are non-refundable.Advance payments or deposits made during bookings are non-refundable if appointments are missed or cancelled late.In the event of a payment error (e.g., double charge), please contact us within 48 hours. Verified errors will be refunded in full within 7 working days.
3. Memberships & PackagesAll memberships and prepaid packages are non-refundable once purchased.Services included in packages must be used within the validity period.In special cases (medical conditions, relocation, etc.), partial credit or transfer options may be considered at the management’s discretion.
4. Gift CardsGift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.They can be used only for services and products as mentioned and are valid until their expiry date.
5. Late ArrivalsArriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened service duration to avoid delays for other clients.No refunds or discounts will be given for reduced service time due to late arrival.
6. Service Modifications or Cancellations by Zen SpaIf Zen Spa must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a full refund or reschedule without penalty.
